I am living at the Park Regis Business Bay for over 1 month and I can say it’s a great experience for sure. The place is clean, pleasant and with good facilities. I stay in a spacious room with a nice view of the Burj Khalifa. But the best chapter of this Hotel is the Staff starting from the reception led by Mrs. Irene and her beautiful smile. Mrs. Bella with her respectful and friendly attitude, the bell captain Mr. Muhammad, the guest service agent Mr. Shahib and their politeness, the lifeguard Mr. Shaikh and his always present attention to guests needs. Actually all the Staff is worthy of a special mention… I spent my stays in a more expensive and prestigious hotels in Dubai but the Park Regis is my first choice because of its excellent Staff. The World needs kindness and professionalism and the Park Regis is the place. With gratitude and respect,,

This is a great hotel! The staff is friendly, the rooms and bathrooms are clean, and they are very attentive. I was traveling alone so I was a bit nervous, but everyone was so kind and welcoming! The hotel is pretty close to the metro (about a 10 minute walk) and then it's just one stop until you reach the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall.
